Application forms for the State Property Tax Rebate must be filed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including new State Income levels, no later than June 30, 2016. Application forms are available at the office of:

All unpaid real estate taxes will be returned to the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau in Media for collection no later than January of the following year.
Residents who qualify for the 2016 Pennsylvania Property Tax Rebate, and the total income does not exceed $35,000.00, you will then be entitled to a $150.00 rebate (will not exceed $150.00), and a $25.00 rebate on the sewer bill after current tax bill has been satisfied, 50% of Social Security is excluded as income.
By law, all taxes and fees are the responsibility of the taxpayer.
The PA Local Tax Collection Law (72 P.S. 5511.7 Section 7) states: "Failure to receive a tax notice does not relieve any taxpayer from liability for prompt payment of taxes imposed by the taxing district, and such taxpayer shall be charged with the taxes as though he had received notice."
If you do not receive your bill within a reasonable time period after the billing dates, please call the proper tax office.
The Township Tax books close for collection of taxes by December 31st.
